Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (i) breaches or violations of the TOU or other agreements or guidelines, (ii) requests by law enforcement or other government or regulatory authorities or (iii) repeat violators of third party copyrights or other intellectual property.

11. Paid Subscriptions Agreement

Globalmarketcaps is a financial platform that provides investors with a wealth of information and insights on a range of reports and equity research. To access this valuable content, users may subscribe to a paid subscription. By subscribing, users agree to pay the applicable subscription fees set forth on the Globalmarketcaps website. The platform reserves the right to change the subscription fees at any time, with reasonable notice.

It is important to note that all the terms and conditions of setting up an account also apply to paid subscriptions. Subscribed users are not permitted to share the content provided through their subscriptions unless otherwise specified in writing. Additionally, subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. However, users may cancel their subscription at any time by updating their preferences or contacting Globalmarketcaps through the designated cancellation method.

Free trial subscribers have the opportunity to cancel their subscription before it converts to a paid subscription by notifying the platform before the trial period ends. Similarly, users who subscribed to a product with a 7-day money-back guarantee must cancel their subscription before the 7-day period expires to receive a refund.

Once the initial paid subscription starts, users will be billed the applicable subscription fee and the subscription will commence. No refunds will be provided for initial orders or recurring payments. Globalmarketcaps reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time, and in the case of a breach of the terms of use, the user will not be eligible for a refund.

The Terms of Use, privacy policy, and the relationship between the user and Globalmarketcaps are governed by the laws of the State of New York and jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be in the federal and state courts located within New York County. Any provisions of the Terms of Use that are found to be invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. No party shall be considered to have waived any breach or default unless explicitly stated in writing. The TOU contains section titles for convenience only and do not define or explain any section or provision. Globalmarketcaps reserves the right to require a non-electronic version of the Terms of Use to be signed.
